KATERINA D. EVANGELISTA is an associate attorney with ESKRIDGE LAW.  Ms. Evangelista attended college at the University of California, Davis, and was consistently named on the Dean's List.  During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Evangelista visited the Philippines to intern in the Philippine Senate.  As a Senatorial Intern, Ms. Evangelista drafted two traffic safety bills and wrote a formal resolution on a topic that inspired a Senatorial Investigation against sweat shop human rights violations.  Ms. Evangelista received a Bachelor of Arts Degree double majoring in both English Literature and Art Studio. 

Ms. Evangelista attended Southwestern University School of Law where she was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Constitutional Law.  While in law school, Ms. Evangelista worked as a judicial law clerk to Commissioner Armando Moreno where she researched, analyzed, and drafted legal opinion briefs.  Ms. Evangelista was also the student section representative at Southwestern for the Student Bar Association and Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. 

Prior to becoming an associate at Eskridge Law, Ms. Evangelista worked as a litigation attorney for several solo practitioner law firms in the South Bay and gained courtroom experience in matters ranging from Real Estate and Contract Law to Premise Liability and Medical Malpractice. 

Apart from the practice of law, Ms. Evangelista is an accomplished oil painter.  Ms. Evangelista speaks fluent Visaya and conversational Tagalog (Filipino languages).  She currently resides in the South Bay with her boyfriend who is also a Real Estate attorney, and their cat, Trixie.
